If you are not promoting any sites, you can become their affiliate and let other people do the job for you. You get 20% of what your referrals earn, for life, and without you having to pay anything at all.

Contrary to what Ouo.io claims, I don’t think you can make ‘big money’ shortening URL.
That being said, the payout rate Ouo.io offers is rather decent, and they also pay you per visit rather than per visitor which is being practised by many other URL shortening sites.
So let’s say a visitor visits 5 URLs under your account, you will get paid 5 times.

What I Don’t Like About Ouo.io
1. Dodgy Ads
There is no way for you to control what kind of ads being displayed. I have even come across porn-related ads when I try clicking on my own shortened link.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t in time to capture it on the screenshot, as too many things pop up at the same time, so you just have to take my words for it.
2. Too Many Ads
Once I click on the shortened link, I was immediately bombarded with many ads. Some displayed in the middle, some at the side, and some of them open up other websites on its own without having me to click on them!
It is kind of an annoying experience.
So believe me, you won’t want to put this link for your own website. People may get really fed up and click away before they even have the chance to reach the destination page.
Is Ouo.io A Scam?
No, Ouo,io is not a scam. There are legit payment proofs which show that people can really make money with them.
If you are just looking for some quick pocket money, feel free to join them.
However, if you are looking for long term passive income. I suggest you look elsewhere. It is only a matter of time before people realise that you are sending them to crappy ads site and lose trust in you. You may end up losing your traffic along with your reputation.
A Better Way To Make Money Online
Ouo.io sounds like an easy way to make a few quick bucks online – no skill needed, no website needed, just blasting around your links and that’s all it takes.
However, when it comes to making money online, I believe there are better ways to invest your time. Think long-term, because what you do now determine what you can be in a year time. Are you still someone blasting some shortened links around, or someone enjoying the fruit of passive income?
