It helps businesses to supplement their workforces with on-demand talent curated from freelancers globally. The platform also offers data-driven performance measurement tools to help manage a virtual workforce.
OneSpace was previously known as Crowdsource which was established back in December 2005 by Stephanie Leffler and Ryan Noble. Currently, Stephanie Leffler is the CEO of OneSpace while Ryan Noble is the President.
Apart from OneSpace, Stephanie Leffler is also the CEO of Juggle.com, and CEO and Co-Founder of Transcribe. Additionally, Stephanie Leffler has had 1 past job as the CEO of MonsterCommerce.

If you are an employer or individual looking to outsource a project, you can use OneSpace as a convenient virtual work platform to find a suitable candidate for the job.
And if you are a freelancer seeking online opportunity, OneSpace offers various freelance jobs that you can take on.
To get started as a freelancer, you will have to fill up your personal details such as:
- Name
- LinkedIn URL
- home address
You will also need to specify the position you are applying for, for example:
- Image and Graphic Designer
- English and International Transcriptionist
- Small Business and Accounting Writer
- Small Business and Accounting Editor
- Others
After choosing the position, you can select the type of services you provide. The available services include writing, marketing, editing, design, quality assurance, survey, and more.
You can choose more than one services, just check on all the options that apply to you. Once you’re done with this step, you will be asked about your language proficiency and to set up payment details. Payment can only be done via PayPal.
Before you can take on any job, there are some qualification tests you need to pass. You also need to provide a copy of your resume or CV
The test will determine what kind of job you can get access to, and even your pay rate. If you didn’t score well for the first time, fret not! You can take the tests up to 3 times.

How Much Can You Make With OneSpace
There is no fixed rate published by OneSpace, it all depends on the nature and complexity of the task itself. However, feedback gathered from freelancers indicating an average pay of $0.02- $0.035 per word for the writing task.
As you progress from the Beginner Level to a higher level, you will get access to more tasks – tasks with better pay rate. To advance in level you will need to meet the minimum amount of tasks completed with good acceptance rate.
Once you have completed and submitted your work, you can expect to receive your payment through PayPal within 24 to 48 hours. There is no need to request a withdrawal on your part.
What I Like About OneSpace

Once your work is reviewed and approved by the OneSpace editors, the money will be paid to your account within 48 hours. There is no minimum cash out amount so it is great for people in need of quick cash.
So far, there hasn’t been much issue when it comes to the payment. The site does offer a legit opportunity for you to make money doing freelancing jobs.

There are always those easier tasks that get snatched up quickly or those orders that seem to be hanging there forever without anyone touching it.
Depending on your speed (to grab those easy jobs at the first sight of it), your area of expertise, or level of confidence to approach new topics, you may or may not always get a job when you wanted it.
Can I Make Money With OneSpace?
You can definitely make some money with OneSpace. If you are just looking to sharpen your writing skill, or earn some extra pocket money, I will recommend this platform to you.
However, it is not something you can count on for a full-time income.
